1. 罚...入地狱
Go damn
见鬼去吧。
2. 骂...该死,咒骂
He'll damn you.
他会骂你的。
而condemn常常是指控诉，指责，控告的意思，如：
We condemn his foolish behavior.
我们谴责他的愚蠢行为。
我们经常听国际上的新闻说的“强烈谴责”就用这个单词！
有时候可以混用如，不过意思有一点差异：
The critics damned the play.
评论家们评价该剧一文不值。
The critics condemned the play.
评论家们谴责该剧（并不知道谴责的内容是剧本差还是剧本内容不健康等）。
